I totally get where you're at. When my husband and I purchased our second home, it was a fixer-upper double wide manufactured home.
But when I say, "fixer upper" it's an understatement. The place had no floors! We had to fully remodel the entire home. It took us five years to do complete the task debt free, but in the end, it was a gorgeous home.
